To establish service, we follow a series of steps to verify that the person requesting water and/or wastewater services has the right to access the property. Please make sure to complete all the necessary steps to ensure a quick service activation. If you have any questions or need help setting up service, feel free to reach out to one of our Customer Service Representatives after reviewing these instructions.
Step 1: Collect Documents
Collect the necessary documents required to set up your service(s). These items will include things such as a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID, or green card) and a copy of the warranty deed, lease agreement, etc. You’ll also need your social security number, or, for commercial businesses, your TIN/EIN number. Additionally, be prepared with your mailing and billing addresses.

- Copy or picture of Government issued Identification for each person on the Deed. (REQUIRED)
- Last 4 digits (only) of social security for each person on the Deed.

Step 2: Complete form below:
Submissions should include a copy of the attached documentation listed in Step 1. Applications without this documentation will not be processed.
Step 3: Make Payment
Upon receipt of your request and supporting documents, you will be asked to pay a security deposit and non-refundable connection fee. If there is an outstanding balance on the property, that entire past due balance must be paid. before services can begin.
A representative will contact you to provide you with instructions on how to pay the deposit.
After the account is setup and deposit is received, you will receive the Service Agreement and any other documents requiring signature. All documents must be returned with signature before services will begin.

Customers who submitted their information, documentation, and payment as outlined above should expect service on the date they requested on their application. In some instances, customers may submit their information, documentation, and payment on the same day that they’re requesting service.
Requests and payments received before 4:30pm EST during regular business hours can expect same day service and payments received after 5:00pm EST will receive service on the following business day.
After the account is setup and deposit is received, you will receive the Service Agreement and any other documents requiring signature. All documents must be returned with signature before services will begin.
