Payments

  1. Online Please be advised that making an online payment or payment by phone does not immediately change any status related to your account. Payments made after 6:00 PM will be credited to the next OUA business day.  Making your payment online or by phone will not prevent penalty or shut-off if made on the same day these events are scheduled. If your bill is scheduled for penalty or shut-off on the day you wish to pay please call the office to make your payment. If your service is already shut off  DO NOT make your payment online or by automated phone as these payment features do not initiate a re-connection;  please call the office to receive your updated balance and to ensure that your payment is received and your service is restored.

    • The OUA is pleased to be able to offer you the convenience of making secured online payments and provide up-to-date account information. You will be prompted to set up a user account which will require the house and account numbers. The account number must be entered as a six-digit account number followed by a dash and three zeros. You must add one or more zeros to the front of your account number to make the six digits and add the dash and 3 zeros (012345-000 or 001234-000). There is a charge of $4.00 for each transaction. 
  2. By Phone 24/7 You can call (863) 578-4061 to process payment.  The account number must be entered as a six-digit account number only. You will drop the dash and three zeros at the end of your account number. (i.e. 012345-000, you will only enter 012345) There is a charge of $4.00 for each transaction. E-check and Payment-by-phone payment approval is provisional, contingent on completion of bank processing within the next 48-96 hours.
  3. In-Person You can make an in-person payment at the OUA Main Office.  We also offer drive-up access and a walk-up drop box located on the front of the building.

  5. Direct Debit You can set up monthly payments to automatically be deducted from your checking account with no fee. Complete the Direct Debit Authorization form and submit it with a copy of the voided check.
