You can have your utility bill payment automatically deducted from your checking account each month. With OUA's Direct Debit Program you save time, save stamps, and never forget to pay your monthly utility bill. 

When you sign up for Direct Debit, you will receive a monthly statement showing the amount of the bill with instructions NOT to pay. The amount of the bill will be deducted from your bank account approximately 20 days after the billing date. To sign up, complete the form below.
